Using contactless on a Be.EV rapid or ultra-rapid charger

Make charging your vehicle simple and effortless by using contactless to pay for your charge. We accept all major providers including Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

Follow the simple steps below to start your charging session

Kempower (ultra-rapid 150kW+)

Kempower Series-S charger

  • Step 1: Plug in the connector to your EV and hold steady for a moment.
  • Step 2: Present your Contactless card to the Contactless terminal (located below the connector handles). Once your payment is approved charging will soon begin.
  • Step 3: To stop charging, ensure your EV is unlocked and select your connector on the charger screen and press 'stop'. If requested, re-present your Contactless card to the Contactless terminal 

Raption 150 (ultra-rapid 150kW)

  • Step 1: Touch screen to start and select the Contactless card payment option on screen
  • Step 2: Present your Contactless card to the Contactless terminal
  • Step 3: Select the connector on-screen you wish to use
  • Step 4: Plug in the connector to your EV and hold steady for a moment and then press start on screen and charging will soon begin
  • Step 5: To stop charging, ensure your EV is unlocked and select your connector on the charger screen. If requested, re-present your Contactless card to the Contactless terminal and then press 'stop' and unplug. 

Raption 50 (rapid 50kW)

  • Step 1: Touch screen to start
  • Step 2: Select the payment method on screen you wish to use (Contactless)
  • Step 3: Present Contactless card to the Contactless terminal
  • Step 4: Select the connector on-screen you wish to use
  • Step 5: Plug in and hold steady for a moment
  • Step 6: Press start on screen and charging will soon begin
  • Step 7: To stop charging, ensure your EV is unlocked and select your connector on the charger screen. If requested, re-present your Contactless card to the Contactless terminal and then press 'stop' and unplug.
