I’m having issues using the Be.EV App. What should I do?

If the App’s not working for you, give our 24/7 helpdesk a call or get in touch via our contact us form and we’ll come straight back to you. Please let us know the charge point ID at the top of the unit, as this will help our people in the call centre triage any issues.
