The process is slightly different depending on what charger you are using. Simply find your charger below and view the instructions.
Kempower (up to 150kW)
To stop charging:
- Step 1: Ensure your EV is unlocked
- Step 2: Select your connector on the charger screen and press 'stop'
- Step 3: If requested, re-present the payment method you started with to the RFID reader/contactless terminal or hold the stop button at the bottom of the live charging screen on the Be.EV app.
- Step 4: Unplug your vehicle
Raption 150 (up to 150kW)
To stop charging:
- Step 1: Ensure your EV is unlocked
- Step 2: Select the connector on the charger screen you're charging at
- Step 3: If requested, re-present the payment method you started with to the RFID reader/Contactless terminal or on the Be.EV app
- Step 4: Press 'stop' and unplug
Raption 50 (up to 50kW)
To stop charging:
- Step 1: Ensure your EV is unlocked
- Step 2: Select the connector on the charger screen you're charging at
- Step 3: If requested, re-present the payment method you started with to the RFID reader/Contactless terminal or on the Be.EV app
- Step 4: Press 'stop' and unplug
Evolve (up to 22kW)
To stop charging:
- Step 1: Ensure your EV is unlocked
- Step 2: Re-tap your RFID card on the RFID reader or hold stop on the bottom of the live charging screen on the Be.EV app
- Step 3: Unplug your cable from your EV and the charge point (if the cable feels locked in, ensure the charge session has stopped on the charger screen, then lock and unlock your EV three times)
