How do I get a VAT receipt?

Using your Be.EV app or Be.EV RFID card? 

Open the app, then tap on the green Be.EV home button in the middle of the bottom banner, hit the ‘Account’ icon at the top right (which looks like a person) and then select ‘Charging History’. 

Pick the session you’d like an invoice for and select ‘Download’. 

Paying Contactless? 

Email support@be-ev.co.uk with your session details including location, time of session, charge point ID and last four digits of your payment card.
